Hassle Free Process

Our referencing is all done by a dedicated team who specialise in nothing else but referencing, so we can ensure you the process is extremely fast. Once the references have come back successful, we’ll arrange a move in date, where you’ll visit our City Centre office and collect the keys to your new home along with a tenancy pack with handy documents for your new home. Dedicated Maintenance Team

Many of our tenants have been with us for a number of years. We have around the clock maintenance team and any issues that are reported to us are dealt with fast. Occasionally landlords will prefer to use their own tradesmen, however we’ll still keep in close communication with you to ensure any works are completed in a timely manner.
