Once you’re happy with a move in date we’ve agreed, we’ll sign a tenancy agreement with the tenant and take a deposit usually for the equivalent amount of one month’s rent, which we’ll also protect. We’ll hand the tenant a tenancy pack containing materials that meet the latest legislation that all landlords must provide tenants. Both the tenant and yourself will be provided each other’s details and the tenancy agreement will be sent to you in any format you request.
