Terms & Conditions

  • Streets Ahead Estates become instructed on receipt of keys from a landlord, which bounds landlords to our entirety of terms whether or not a contract is signed (a copy of our terms and conditions can be sent via email).
  • All landlord contracts will continue to stay in effect unless Streets Ahead Estates are given notice by the landlord.
  • If a landlord wishes to take back management, the landlord must provide Streets Ahead Estates with 6 month’s notice or pay £500+ vat for each property  *(This is subject to the landlord providing certain information, such as deposit identification numbers if required)
  • Please Note: Transferring management to a landlord involves ample administrative work, furthermore, Streets Ahead Estates have to ensure that all protocols are followed so that the tenancy meets legal requirements when transferred (such as deposit protection, etc).
