Professional Tenants

It all begins with finding the rent tenant. We utilise a team that solely focuses on referencing and nothing else. We provide detailed credit checks, employer references and a references from previous landlords.
We then arrange a move in date, ensuring that the date is suitable for you and the tenant. A detailed inventory report is carried out using specialist software and utility companies are informed along with the Council Tax department.

Rent Collection

The rent is then collected every month and paid to the landlord, followed by a professional PDF statement via email or post, depending on your preference. Property Inspections

Our agents regularly visit managed properties and carry out inspection reports using specialist software, which is then emailed to you in a PDF format, keeping you up to date on the condition of your property. Inspections are carried out every 3 months but can be more frequent should you request this.

Experienced Maintenance Team

We have an experienced team of Electricians, Gas Engineers, Damp Specialists, Roofers, Builders, Decorators, Removals and general Handymen that are always on call and can visit a property instantly. As soon as a tenant reports an issue, we inform you to see what you’d like to us do as we know that some landlords like to use their own maintenance team. We can always provide free quotes and do not charge call out fees.

The latest legislation 

We’re always aware of the latest changes in legislation that affect landlords and their properties, so you can relax knowing that your property is in good hands. Annual gas safety checks are always carried out and we always inform landlords of when we first visit a property if meets legal requirements.

Regular Updates

We offer a very personal approach and although our office is open 6 days a week, landlords are able to contact our agents at any time, including weekends and evenings on direct lines. We believe a landlord should have access to information on their properties at any time and not get passed from pillar to post or transferred through different switchboards.
